Malaysia hosts the third-highest MICE volume in Southeast Asia after Singapore and Thailand, but it is the value leader, a 600-pax KLCC conference week costs roughly half the equivalent Singapore programme while delivering equivalent infrastructure: a tier-1 international airport, three convention centres with combined 250,000 sqm of column-free space, 38 five-star hotels with ballrooms over 1,200 pax, and a chartered fleet of luxury motor yachts on three coastlines.
Embassy Alliance has operated as Malaysia's destination management company for the Russian, GCC, Korean and ASEAN corporate markets since 2005. We have run more than 1,800 incentive groups, 240 corporate trainings, and 67 industry summits over the past two decades, including the Bersih 5K Marathon delegation, IT&CM Asia hosted-buyer programmes, six MotoGP weekends and four state-funeral diplomatic protocols. We are accredited by Tourism Malaysia (MOTAC), MyCEB (Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau) and hold direct master agreements with the country's five largest convention centres.

Every line item is priced for B2B partners on a net-30 account after the first successful booking.
Two practical notes for planning. Plan large conventions 12–18 months out, KLCC and MITEC peak slots disappear quickly between October and March. Run the simultaneous-interpretation booking 30 days minimum before the event so the ISO-standard equipment can be reserved and the two-interpreter rotation set. For an incentive bundled under 80 pax, we can typically confirm a slot within 14 days; smaller corporate trainings and team-buildings turn around in 5–7 days.
